Five thousand people have vented their anger on the cuts proposed water in the Murray Darling FA River basin in Griffith, NSW.
People filled with two large rooms at the club sports of the city and the Marquesas spill to hear of the Murray Darling Basin Authority.
Known authority Chief Mike Taylor to resign or to suspend the process of consultation on the plan to reduce water payments.
Griffith farmers consider reductions, designed to save the River, will disappear in their region.
Farmer Joe Panarello said it might be an action or a revolt on the plan.
"They told us that we are going to destroy your city", he said.
"Till 2 or 3 hours of waiting, get your fricking cars and get f here now."
Mr. Taylor has emphasized the limits of labour administration and the guide was only a project.
He will also extend the consultation process.
